**Managed service terms.**

Additional terms that apply when Promu’s team runs outbound for you.

Last updated 5 October 2026.

## 1. What these terms cover

These terms apply when you engage Promu’s managed service, where our specialists set up and run campaigns on Promu with you. They add to our [Terms of Service](https://promu.ai/terms). The specific scope, fees and term are set out in your order or proposal.

## 2. What we do

- Set up sending domains, inboxes and authentication.
- Build target lists with you and write, test and improve campaigns.
- Report regularly on what was sent, what worked and what we will try next.

## 3. What you do

- Give us accurate information about your offer, your ideal customers and anything we must or must not say.
- Review and approve campaigns before they go live, until you tell us in writing that we may send without approval.
- Make sure the claims in your campaigns are true and that you are allowed to sell what you offer in the markets you target.
- Give us the access we need to the accounts and tools involved.

## 4. You remain the sender

Campaigns run by our team are sent in your name and on your behalf. Our [Sending Policy](https://promu.ai/sending-policy) applies, and we may pause a campaign that would breach it.

## 5. No guaranteed results

We work hard to get you replies and meetings, but results depend on many things outside our control, such as your offer, your market and your timing. Unless your order says otherwise, we do not guarantee a number of replies, meetings or deals.

## 6. Ownership

Campaign copy and lists we create for you are yours. Our methods, templates and know-how remain ours.

## 7. Fees, term and cancellation

Fees, the minimum term and the notice period are set out in your order. If nothing is agreed, either of us may end the Managed Service with one month’s notice at the end of a billing period.
