### What’s the difference between the plans?

Only the number of emails Promu sends for you each month. Every plan includes every feature.

### Is there a limit on sending inboxes?

No. Connect as many inboxes as you like, at no extra cost. Each inbox has its own daily sending limit, so none of them is overworked.

### Do I need my own email accounts?

You can connect your existing Gmail or Outlook inboxes, or let Promu set up dedicated sending inboxes for you.

### Where do my leads come from?

Import filtered contacts from HubSpot or Pipedrive, upload a CSV or Google Sheet and map your own fields, or find new people with the Lead Finder and export them to tools such as HubSpot, Apollo or Lemlist.

### Will Promu send emails without my approval?

Only if you allow it. By default every AI-written email waits for your approval, and you decide when an agent can send on its own.

### Where is my data stored?

In the European Union only.
